How does it work?
Discuss your garment requirements with One Sport. A visit to our showroom to view samples and explore possibilities is highly recommended.
Finalize a design, artwork and pricing.Our graphic designer will assist you with that.
Organise the loan of a try-on kit (for one week’s duration).
The online shop opens to accept orders (a 2-3 week period is advised).
Individuals order & purchase online using debit or credit card.
Where applicable, the purchaser can enter an individual name, for example, at this stage to avoid mis-spelling in the decoration process.
At the completion of the order period One Sport then collates and refers the order to the school for confirmation and approval.
The order is placed, generally with a 4-5 week manufacturing period.
The completed order is then delivered to the school.
Things you need to know…
There is a 5% surcharge on products sold online. This is paid by the individual at the time of ordering. It covers the 2.6% Paypal fee as well as the administration of the online ordering portal.
PROTECTION OF YOUR BRAND
One Sport will only process orders that have been approved by the school contact during the agreed order period. Items cannot be ordered outside of the agreed order period.
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered for change of mind, an incorrect choice or failure to accurately provide information when placing an order.
FAULTY PRODUCTS AFTER DELIVERY
If goods are found to be faulty, One Sport needs to be notified, in writing, within 30 days of delivery. Where there is deemed to be a valid claim, we will replace the product, where possible, or refund the purchase price. Should such a claim be made outside of the 30 days, One Sport will consider each claim on a case by case basis.
